Directions:
Cream butter & sugar. Add eggs and mix again. Next mix soda into applesauce then mix all together. Spoon into the hot grease about 1 tbsp spoon at a time. Fry until nicely browned, turning to cook evenly, and then take out and add sugar or frosting to the top and eat.
