Apricot Squares

Ingredients:

2 cups quick cooking oats
1 3/4 cups flour
1 cup butter (creamed)
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnaman
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup apricot preserves
Directions:

    Mix all ingredients, except preserves. Set aside 2 loose cups of mixture. Press remaining mixture into 9 x 13 greased pan. Spread preserves over crust. Crumble remaining 2 cups of mixture over preserves. Put in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Makes about 30 squares.

Note: Can substitute any preserve.
