Ingredients:
1 18oz jar or 2 cups crunchy or plain Jiff peanut butter
1 box or 7-71/2 cups Quick Oatmeal
12 oz semi sweet chocoate chips (softened)
1 stick margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
In a large bowl blend with mixer the eggs, sugars, margarine, peanut butter and soda. Add oatmeal a little at a time mixing as you go until all is mixed. Next stir in vanilla and chocolate chips. Roll dough into aprox. 3/4 inch balls and drop onto a greased or Pam sprayed cookie sheet. If hands get sticky or dough crumbles moisten hands with water. Bake 10 minutes at 350. Yields 10-12 dozen cookies.
Best if you have 5 or so cookie sheets so the the mess of rolling them out is lessened.
