Directions:
In a large bowl pour in half of your flour. Mix in sugar, salt and yeast. Stir well. Make a well in the middle of the flour mixture. Add to this mixture your beatened egg, oil and warm liquid. Liquid should be about 115 degrees. Not to hot as to kill the yeast. Mix all very well and gradually add the rest of the flour a cup at a time, mixing well after each addition. Once you are done mixing drop dough into a well greased bowl, cover and let it rest and rise for 30 minutes. Rekneed and let sit for 30 more minutes. Do this one more time. Shape as you wish ( rolls, small loaves, etc) then let rise one more time. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
