Baked Corn Casserole
Ingredients:

1 can whole kernel corn, not         drained
1 can cream style corn
1 box jiffy corn bread mix
1 tsp salt
2 sticks of butter, melted
2 eggs beaten
1 8oz sour cream
Directions:

    Grease a baking dish and place in a hot 350 deg f oven until hot. While waiting for dish to heat up combine all ingredients. Place batter in hot pan and bake at 350 deg for 45 min, or until almost set. You want it slightly moist. Serve hot.
