Ingredients:
1- 4 1/2 oz round brie
2 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
3 tbsp chopped walnuts
2 tbsp melted butter
2 sheets frozen phyllo dough (18x14 inch rectangles thawed and halved crosswise)
Directions:
Cut brie in half and in the middle place the blue cheese and the nuts. Replace the top half and place in the middle of 2 sheets of the dough, brushing it with the butter. Flip the already wrapped brie on the other 2 pieces of dough and wrap it up again and brush the dough with the remaining butter. Place in a baking dish in a 425 deg. oven for 15 min or until golden and serve hot.
