Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

Pudding
2 cups cream
1 cup milk
1 stick butter
2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla
half loaf of old bread

Sauce
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp dark rum
4 tsp corn starch
1/8 tsp cinnamon
dash nutmeg
dash salt
1 cup apple juice
Directions:

Pudding
    Cut up butter and bread into small pieces. Mix everything up in a big bowl and then soak the bread in that for a couple hours.
Bake for about 45 min @ 325 degrees

Sauce
    Boil apple juice about 5 minutes, then in another pot melt butter, add the remaining ingredients including apple juice and cook until bubbly. Pour over bread pudding after served.
