Split Second Breakfast Rolls
Ingredients:

2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
jelly or perserves of your choice
Directions:

    Preheat oven and mix all but the jellys to form a dough. Turn out on a floured surface and roll out to about 3/4 inch thick and make squares of dough as big as you think your family will safely eat. Place the jelly down the middle but not to much, you need to roll them up and place seam side down. Place in oven until golden brown. When they come out sprinkle with powdered sugar and in a split second watch them disappear.
