Cajun Shrimp

1 lb extra lg shrimp, peeled
1 tbsp fresh line juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper
1/8 tsp black pepper
lime wedges

    Toss the shrimp, with the lime juice, in a bowl. Mix the garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt and peppers in a small bowl. Sprinkle mixture over shrimp and toss to coat well. Spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat skillet until hot. Add shrimp and cook for 3 minutes, or until shrimp are pale, stirring constantly. Spoon into serving dish. Chill, covered, for  hour or longer. Garnish with lime wedges.
