Carrot Souffle

Ingredients:

3 - 141/2 cans carrots
1 stick butter
2 eggs well beaten
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar
Directions:

Drain carrots and mash.  Blend all together .Bake in greased or sprayed casserole dish. 400* for 15 minutes then 350* for 45 minutes.  If you want to after it's done sprinkle with powdered sugar on top while still hot.
