Crawfish Fettuccine

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups margarine
1 lb Velveeta cheese
3 onions (chopped)
2 tbsp jalapeno
     (chopped very fine)
3 ribs celery (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
2 bell peppers (chopped)
1/4 cup flour
1 lb fettuccine
4 tbsp chopped parsely
3 lb crawfish tails
1 qt half & half
parmesan cheese
salt
pepper
Directions:

    Melt margarine. Add onions, celery and bell peppers and saute for 10 minutes. Add flour. Cover and cook for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Add parsely and crawfish. Cook 20 minutes
    Add half & half, cheese, garlic, jalapeno, and salt & pepper to taste.
    Cook fettuccine noodles. Drain well. Combine complete mixture well in 11x15 casserole dish. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
    Bake at 350 for about 12 to 15 minutes.
