Ingredients:

6 catfish filet (about 2 lb's)
5 tbsp butter (softened)
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 lb mushrooms (thinly
        sliced)
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
       (freshly graded)
2 tbsp parsley (finely
        chopped)
juice from 1/2 lemon
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Directions:

1. Rub rectangular baking dish with 1 tbsp of the butter.
2. Pat filets dry and arrange them in dish in one layer.
3. Add wine. Scatter mushrooms over fish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Bake in 400 degree preheated oven for 10 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, melt remaining butter in saucepan. Add flour, stirring with a wisk.
6. Add milk. Stir until blended and smooth. Remove from heat.
7. Pour liquid from baked fish into saucepan. Stirring often, bring to a boil and cook about 5 minutes.
8. Stir in lemon juice. Pour mixture over fish and bake an additional 10 minutes.
9. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Serve hot.
