Cheese and Potato Soup

Ingredients:
1/2 stick butter
1 small onion chopped
fine
1 stalk celery chopped fine
1 qt chicken stock
2 cups potato flake
1/2 lbs shreaded cheese
2 cups half & half
2 cups milk
salt and pepper
2 large potatoes chopped
Directions:
Cook potatoes, and other veggies until tender in the chicken stock. Add the rest and cook until soup reduces a little. Serve hot.
