Parmesean Chicken & Mushroom Soup

Ingredients:

1 bellpepper, diced
1 lg onion, chopped
4 chicken breasts, pieced
2 cups chicken stock
2 cups milk
1 can string mushrooms
1 cup parmesean cheese
red pepper to taste
hot sauce to taste
½ bag Roni noodles
Directions:

    In skillet, sauté bell pepper and onions. Add chicken pieces and cook until mostly done. Transfer chicken mixture to soup pot. Pour chicken stock and milk over chicken. Add mushrooms and cheese. Season to taste. Simmer. Boil noodles till about ½ done and add to soup. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
