Chip & Nut Cookies

Ingredients:

2 cups crunchy peanut butter
7½ cups quick oatmeal
12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
½ cup softened butter
1½ cups sugar
1½ cups brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla
Directions:

    In large bowl, blend eggs, sugars, butter, peanut butter and soda.
    Add oatmeal a little at a time, stirring until all is added. Stir in vanilla and chocolate chips.
    Roll dough into 3/4 inch balls and drop onto greased cookie sheet. Moisten palms to keep dough from sticking. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 10 - 12 dozen.
    If not a nut person you can use creamy peanut butter. Also if you have enough cookie sheets, its better to roll all cookies out first.
