Chocolate Layer Dessert

Ingredients:

Bottom Layer:

1 cup chopped nuts

1 cup flour

1 stick butter

Next Layer:

8 oz. cream cheese

1 cup sugar

1/2 lg bowl cool whip

Next Layer:

1 lg box vanilla pudding

1 lg box chocolate pudding

1/2 lg bowl cool whip

1 bar cooking chocolate

Directions:

Bottom Layer:

    Mix ingredients and spread in bottom of 9x13x2 pan. Bake at 350 for 15-20 min and cool.

Next Layer:

    Mix ingredients and spread on top of cool bottom layer.

Next Layer:

    Cook puddings as per instructions on their boxes and let cool. When cool spread on top of the last layer. On top of this add the rest of cool whip. Lastly, grate a bar of cooking chocolate on top and place in fridge until cold and ready to serve.
