Chocolate Truffles
Ingredients:

4 oz semi-sweet chocolate
2 tbsp water
3 egg yolks
4 tbsp butter
3/4 cup powder sugar
3 tbsp cocoa
Directions:

    Melt chocolate with the water in a heavy pan. Remove from heat and stir in the eggs. Pour into mixing bowl. Add butter and sugar. Mix well and cool until firm. Shape into small balls and roll in the cocoa. You can decorate with sprinkles or nuts. Store in a cold place, in an air tight container.
