Citrus Cous Cous

Ingredients:

8 oz dry cous cous
1 1/2 cups water
1 tsp fresh chopped dill
1 tsp fresh chopped mint
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/8 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 can mandarin oranges
Directions:

1) Place water, salt, sugar, pepper and olive oil in a sauce pan and
bring to a boil.
2) Remove from heat and add cous cous cover and let stand for about
7 minutes.
3) Fold in oranges, juice, and fresh herbs.
4) Let stand for 2-3 minutes.
