Corn Meal Mush
Ingredients:

2 cups corn meal
1 tbsp salt
6 cups water
Directions:

    Mix ingredients together in a large bowl and cook in a microwave until thick. Take out of microwave and place in a shallow dish and let cool over night. In the morning take out and slice into 1x1 squares and pan fry until golden brown. If you like a little more crunch, dip squares in flour, then egg wash, then flour again and then fry.
