Maryland Crab Cakes

Ingredients:

1 lb crab meat (3 cans drained)
3 slices bread (Torn up fine)
3 egg whites
1 egg yolk
1/8 cup mayo
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp mustard
2 tsp old bay seasoning
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp milk or cream

Salt and pepper to taste. (watch salt, crab meat is salty already)
Directions:

    Mix all ingredients together and form patties about 1/2 inch thick.
    Fry in just enough lite olive oil to brown them good but not to high as to overbrown.
