Crawfish Maque-Choux

Ingredients:

1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 cup chopped parsely
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 cup dry white wine
3 cups corn
1-2 cups water as needed
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 lbs crawfish tails
salt to taste
Directions:

    Saute` onions and bell peppers in oil until clear. Add parsely, garlic and corn. Stir. Add water, wine and seasonings and stir. Cook on simmer, covered, for about 30 minutes. Add crawfish and simmer for about an hour longer. You may use shrimp instead of crawfish.
