Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp
1 link smoked sausage
3 cups rice
1 sm can sliced mushrooms
1 can diced Ro*tel
1 lg yellow onion
1 bunch green onions
1/2 bell pepper
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp Tony Chachere's seasoning
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
5 1/2 cups water
Directions:
Chop yellow onion and sausage and brown in medium black iron pot until golden brown. Add Ro*tel and mushrooms. Reduce and brown for about 5 minutes. Add 1 cup of water and let simmer for 15 - 20 minutes. Add bell pepper and green onions and let simmer for about 5 minutes. Add shrimp and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Add rice, 4 1/2 cups of water and salt. Bring to a boil and let boil for 5 minutes. Reduce fire to very low and let steam for 30 minutes. Fluff and let steam for about 5 more minutes.
