Directions:
Stir together and bring the first 4 ingredients to a boil; boil 2 minutes and remove from heat; if electric stove, remove from the burner or just turn off the fire if gas stove. Stir in the marshmallows until melted stirring and mashing them to sides of pot. Then stir in the chocolate well until all melted and mixed. Add nuts if desired. Pour into prepared greased pan (I use the spray kind). Let cool and put in the ice box until set and then cut into squares. I use a pizza cutter. I place them in a container separated with wax paper between the layers. I use either a 9x12 glass or metal pan to pour them into. Refrigerate covered to store.
