Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

1 pkg of hidden valley dressing mix.
  (Milk recipe, mix with 1/2 cup          milk and 1/2 cup mayonaise)
2 cups shredded cheedar cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup nuts chopped
Directions:

    Mix your ranch dressing and add cream cheese, sour cream and shredded cheese. Stir in 1/2 of the nuts into the cheese ball mixture. Lay plastic wrap on cabinet &  pour nuts on plastic wrap. Dump cheese ball mixture onto the nuts. Gently press the nuts on the cheese ball mixture by rolling the ball around gently on the nuts. Then roll the plastic wrap around the cheese ball and chill till ready to serve. You can also shape this into a log if you wish. I have also just rolled in in shredded cheese. Very good that way also.
