Rich Lemon Bars

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups unsifted flour
3 tbsp unsifted flour
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
3/4 cup cold butter or margarine
4 eggs slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup realemon lemon juice from          concentrate
Directions:

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    In medium bowl mix 1 1/2 cups flour and confectioners sugar. Cut in margarine until crumbly.
    Press onto bottom of slightly greased 9/13 baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
    In large bowl combine eggs, sugar, baking powder, lemon juice and 3 tbsp's flour. Mix well.
    Pour over baked crust. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cool then cut into squares. Sprinkle with additional confectioners sugar. Store covered in refrigerator.
