Directions:
Combine sugar and milk in large heavy sauce pan. Bring to rolling boil. Add butter, and vanilla. Reduce by half, add crunchy peanutbutter. Bring to soft ball consistency. Spoon out onto buttered surface, and cool
thoroughly.
*Note: These pralines are not as sugary as traditional New Orleans style; simply to make with ingredients that you have at home. You can substitute most anything for the peanutbutter, such as pecans,chocolate, cocoanut, etc.
