Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients:

2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
Directions:

Sift dry ingred. together. Add oil, eggs, pumpkin and water. Mix together well. Stir in nuts. Grease and flour bread pan and pour in batter. Bake in a preheated 350* oven for an hour. Less time if baking mini loafs. Cooked when insertion tool comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes then turn over onto cooling racks.
