Root Beer Glazed Ham

Ingredients:

½ tsp dry mustard
1 ½ tbsp pepper jelly
¾ cup dark brown sugar
1 bay leaf
2 12 oz bottles of Barq's Root Beer
6 cloves
1 ½ tbsp Tabasco Caribbean style steak            sauce
1 stick cinnamon
peel and juice of ½ orange
peel of ½ lemon only
Directions:

    Skew ham. Mix brown sugar and dry mustard together and pat all over ham. Put ham in 350 degrees oven. Combine all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer till the liquid volume is reduced to about 1½ cups. Strain liquid. Pour over ham and baste about every 15 minutes till ham is cooked. About 160 Degrees on meat thermometer.
