Directions:
Heat flour and oil together to make reaux. When dark brown in color add onions, bell peppers, celery and garlic. Saute for about 10 minutes. Add tomatos ( if desired ) and cook 5 more minutes. Add water and bring to light boil. Add green onions, parsley and seafood and cook 15 more minutes. Add seasoning to taste and more water if you think its too thick. Cook 10 more minutes if you added water. 5 more if you did not.
