Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
6-8 oz marinated artichoke hearts
8 oz philadelphia cream cheese
8 oz sour cream
1/2 cup butter
1 med onion (chopped)
6 oz shredded parmesean cheese
8 oz shredded monterey jack cheese
crushed red pepper
salt
pepper
garlic
Directions:

    Cook and drain spinach. Mash and drain artichoke hearts.
    Over low heat melt butter. Add onions and spinach. Add cram cheese, sour cream, parmesean cheese, 2/3 monterey jack and artichokes. Add seasoning to taste. remove from heat and pour into pyrex dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese and place in microwave for about 4 minutes. Serve warm.

Note: If made in advance, place in refigerator. Heat in microwave for 5 or 6 minutes or until hot.
