Directions:
Clean the mushrooms and take the stems off and place in the skillet with sausage, onions, bell pepper and garlic. When cooked place to side and cool. When cool place it in a food processer and grind until it is very fine. Place in a large bowl. Add the eggs and mix well. Add just enough bread crumbs to hold the mix together, then add all the cheese but 1/4cup. Stuff the mushroom caps with the stuffing then place the rest of the cheese on top. Place in a oiled oven proof pan in a 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
Mix sauce ingredients together or eat as is.
