Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

2 large cans of yams
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 stick of melted butter

TOPPING:
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1/3 cup melted butter
Directions:

    Mash in mixer the yams. Add sugar, milk, salt, vanilla, eggs and butter. Spread in a greased 9x13 pan.

TOPPING:
Mix brown sugar and flour. Add melted butter and nuts.
Sprinkle on top of yam mixture. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
