Swiss Steak
Ingredients:

1 roast, any size
1 can salsa
1 can whole tomato
3 cans tomato sauce
2 tbsp flour
3-4 tbsp sugar
salt and pepper
Directions:

    Place roast in a roasting bag or roaster. Add the salsa and whole tomatoes. In a bowl place the sauce, flour, sugar, salt and pepper and mix till flour is not seen in lumps. Place mixture with the other things and stir just a bit. Place in a 375 deg oven till meat is falling apart. About 2 hours or more depending on size of roast.
