Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
2 cups butter, melted and cooled
12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups walnuts, chopped
3 9-inch reguler size pie shells
Directions:
Melt butter and put to one side to cool. Pre heat oven to 325 degrees F. In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add flour, sugar, and brown sugar. Beat until well blended. Blend in melted butter. Stir in semi-sweet chocolate morsels and walnuts. Pour into 3 pie shells. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour. Makes three 9-inch pies. You can freeze the pies for later use.
