Wacky Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

2 cups sugar

3 cups flour

2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

1/2 cup cocoa

2 tsp vanilla

2 tsp vinegar

2/3 cup oil

2 cups very cold water

Directions:

    Mix sugar, flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa together and then add vanilla, vinegar, oil and water. Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased and floured 9 X 13 inch baking pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
