Directions:
Boil 9 8oz jelly jars for 10 mins. Put lids in boiling water and take off heat. Keep jars and lids in water until ready to use. Heat wine and fruit pectin. Stir until it comes to a rolling boil (doesn’t stop when you stir). At this point add sugar all at once. Keep stirring and dissolve sugar. Let come to a rolling boil again. Let boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Fill jars to within ½ inch from rim. Put on lids and bands immediately. Invert for 5 minutes, then turn upright and cool.
